Dirk M. Schlotthauer has got extensive hands-on experience in the fields of sales and leadership. He has successfully practiced sales with a trading organization as a sales manager and CEO for altogether 25 years and has got to know the special requirements in the field of key accounts. Therefore, he also has extensive experience in the areas of leadership and staff motivation.

Dirk M. Schlotthauer has been a partner and freelance trainer for a number of sales organizations in different areas since the late 1990s.
